How to Best Prepare for Your Session

Before: Prepare by simply relaxing. You are welcome to think of a specific area in your life where you’d like clarity or feel stuck. You may also think of a specific question where you would like to begin.

I don’t need to know the whole story. I just need to know where to begin the session and the energy will take us to where we need to go.

I prefer to use ZOOM for these online sessions. (Skype, FB Video Messenger, and Google Hangouts are available options.) I will inquire and confirm with you via email about which method works best for you.

During: Relax. Feel free to ask questions and interject with information or confirmation. During the session, I take notes.

After: Understand that you’ve just received a massive amount of energy work. Self-care is a necessary component of allowing your system time to integrate of the energy. It is important that you listen to your body.

  1. Drink lots of water
  2. Epsom salt baths (refrain from this if you are diabetic)
  3. Go barefoot
  4. Take a walk in nature
  5. Rest
  6. Eat grounding & nourishing foods
